Payment

We accept only PayPal through our online shopping cart. All payments are in Euro. Your bank/credit card company will handle the conversion and they may charge you a nominal fee for that service.

Shipping Policy

We use EMS and UPS for our shipments. Most domestic watch orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping and handling charges are 10 €.

Ground shipping takes 1 to 7 business days once the package is picked up from our facility. Airmail may take longer.

Items that are in stock are generally shipped within 24 hours after an order is placed and paied. Items that are not in stock may take an extra 2 to 5 days to ship. During the holiday season, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for order processing.

Withdraw

If you have purchased a product from our site, but for some reason you have changed your mind, you can withdraw your order. Please, keep in mind that you can withdraw your order only within 24 hours after you have placed it. If you want to withdraw your order, email us at info@vostokwatches.eu.

Return Policy

We offer 7 working day return policy. Within 7 working days of arrival, provided your watch is still in its original box with all materials and has not been worn, used or sized your watch is eligible for return.

Here are some additional details:

  • You can return your watch for refund.
  • Upon arrival please check your watch for any manufacturer defects. To prevent having to go through the manufacturer warranty process defective items must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt.
  • When returning an item, we suggest purchasing insurance and tracking information for the return shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping and liability.
  • When your return is received, a refund will be issued less original shipping charges.

Warranty

Every product in this shop has two years warranty. If there is something wrong about the product you received, please follow this procedure:

  • Please, inform us through an email at info@vostokwatches.eu about your intentions.
  • Please, do not forget to explain what is wrong with the product you have received.
  • In your email please indicate the order number as well as the date of purchase.
  • Enclose a copy of invoice which you received with your watch.

Once the product is repaired, we will send it back to you on our cost.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
